Palmetto Kids FIRST is excited to partner with independent schools throughout South Carolina to help expand access to tailored K-12 education through the groundbreaking Federal Tax Credit Scholarship Program established under H.R. 1 – the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA).
As an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a qualified Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), we work collaboratively with participating schools to ensure that scholarships funded by donor contributions can cover qualified elementary and secondary education expenses for eligible K-12 students across South Carolina.

No, there are no accreditation requirements for schools to participate.
